Cabinet approves proposal to open 3 Indian missions in Estonia, Paraguay, Dominican Republic

New Delhi; Today, the Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved the proposal to open three Indian missions in 2021 in Estonia, Paraguay and Dominican Republic.

Implementation strategy:

The opening of the three Indian missions in these countries will enhance India’s diplomatic horizons, deepen political ties, develop bilateral trade, investment and economic ties, strengthen public relations, expand the political spectrum on multilateral platforms, and promote India’s foreign policy. In all of these countries, the Indian Mission can better help the Indian community living there and protect their interests.

Purpose:

The purpose of our foreign policy is to create a conducive environment for India's development and development through partnership with friendly countries. There are currently Indian missions and posts around the world. These are the carriers of our relations with allies. The decision to open these three new Indian missions is a "step forward in the development of our nation," or "a step forward for our national development."
