What action has been taken against political assassination? We publish the paper through a police

Bhubaneswar: Kulmani Baral, a senior Bharatiya Janata Party activist and former chairman of the Mahanga block of Cuttack district, and her associate Dibyasinghe Baral have been killed at the instigation of Bhubaneswar law minister Pratap Jena. The killings were carried out in the name of 14 people, including Law Minister Pratap Jena. But far from arresting the law minister under pressure from the ruling party, the police do not include him in the investigation. Former Mahanga Bloc president Kulmani Baral and his accomplice Divyasinghe Baral have been thoroughly investigated in connection with the killings and the death of Praful Bishwal, the main culprit in the murder, has been investigated. Wrote a letter to the DGP requesting.

Mr. Mohanty also asked the DGP how long BJP leaders in the state would be the victims of political assassinations. Mr Mohanty said BJP leader Kulmani Baral and his accomplice Divyasinghe Baral were killed on their way home on a motorcycle in January this year. The mysterious death of Praful Bishwal, the main accused in the case, has raised 12 suspects. The family of the deceased has repeatedly complained as to why the police are not arresting him while Minister Pratap Jena is in Etala.

Kulmani Baral, a former president of the Mahanga block and a BJP leader, has been vocal in his opposition to the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme. The assassination attempt was made to silence Kulmani Baral as the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme was coming under the auspices of local MLA and Minister Pratap Jena. The role of the police is in doubt as to whether Praful Bishwal, the main culprit in the murder, was not arrested. Minister Pratap Jena kept Praful Bishwal underground after the Mahanga massacre. Tangi police tracked down his mobile phone and found out that Praful was in the world, but could not find him. Mr Mohanty, on the other hand, questioned how his bike, mobile and helmet were safe when Praful Bishwal sustained serious injuries in the car accident.

Praful Bishwal has been assassinated. Before his death, Praful Bishwal called his son and said he would die in an accident. Praful Bishwal, the main accused in the Mahanga double murder, had called Kulmani Baral's son Ramakant Baral before his death and asked him to look after his family, but Ramakant informed the police that no action had been taken. The DGP has promised to investigate the case of the Mahanga double murder case on January 8, but the DGP has promised to investigate it within 10 days. To protect law and order and the worst of Odisha କର୍ତବ୍àŸ ignite cash on crime, but the crime rate Briefing growing urbanization. "Many criminals have not been arrested due to slackness in the investigation and those who are being held by the police are being easily released on bail," he said.

Subsequently, one of them, Sanjay Mohanty, was identified as a BJP official. He has also been arrested by the police and the police have also seized the cow used by the youths.

It is a serious crime for the DGP to lie to the people of the state in the name of the Hon'ble High Court: Lekhshree

Bhubaneswar, The investigation into the murder of a 5-year-old girl from Jadupur village in Nayagarh district of Bhubaneswar has come a long way. The state government has repeatedly misled the people of Odisha by claiming that the SIT court, which is investigating the Puri murder case, is monitoring. Now all his facts appear to be false one by one. In response to a RTI question from the Hon'ble High Court today, the Hon'ble High Court informed the state government on December 1, 2020 that the monitoring of the SIT could not be carried out by the Hon'ble sitting judge. In other words, the state government has not known for more than a month and a half that the SIT investigation cannot be monitored by the High Court.

However, BJP state general secretary Dr Lekhshree Samant Singh has alleged that senior leaders, ministers and MPs of the state government and the ruling party at various times called it a "court monitored" SIT at various times. In a press release on December 18, 2020, the Director General of Police of Odisha lied to the people of the state that the Pari murder case was "court monitored". It is a serious crime for the DGP to lie to the people of the state in the name of the Hon'ble High Court. We are confident that the DGP police will take action against him on the basis of contempt of court for lying to the Hon'ble High Court.

The ruling SIT and high-ranking government officials have also lied on behalf of the Hon'ble High Court. To hide the truth, the Chief Minister should make it clear that the state government and the ruling party have put all its agents and lied to the people of the state. "It simply came to our notice then.
Congress spokespersons who have set up the BJD's net have also repeatedly said yes to the BJD's allegations, calling the SIT investigation "court monitored." The ruling party and the state government have misled the people of the state and discredited the constitutional system, such as the legislature, the executive and the judiciary.

Bring a notice of violation of the rights of BJP legislators for lying in the Assembly and take firm action against individuals who lied on the basis of contempt of court for lying in the name of the High Court. The Chief Minister has expelled the ruling party minister Arun Sahu, who was involved in the incident, for impartial investigation into the Pari killings and given the burden of investigating the Pari murders to the CBI. Samant Singh has again demanded.

State government has committed unforgivable crimes by lying in the assembly

Bhubaneswar, Nayagarh district, a five-year-old girl from Jadupur village in Nayagarh district has been engaged in non-state politics following the probe into the murder of Pari. The state government has repeatedly misled the people of Odisha by claiming that the SIT court, which is investigating the Pari murder case, is monitoring. However, according to RTI data, the state government has not issued a letter to the High Court seeking an inquiry into the killings. It is unfortunate that the state government has lied to and deceived 4.5 crore Oriyas to protect the ruling party minister Arun Sahu alone. Why is the state government protecting Arun Sahu? BJP state general secretary Dr. Arun asked if Arun had some circulars from the government. Lekhshree Samant Singh asked.

The BJP government is standing on a hill of lies. His senior ministers Arun Sahu and activists Babuli Nayak, Kahn Behera, Dugu Nayak and Jayi Parida have been implicated in the Puri massacre and organ trafficking, and one after another is being fabricated to save them. The state government continues to protect the perpetrators of the killings. "It is an unforgivable crime in a democracy to lie that senior SIT investigators are constantly monitoring the SIT investigation court inside and outside the assembly," Dr Samant Singh said. The state government had originally hatched a conspiracy to save Arun Sahu.

The court first lied about the monitoring in the legislature. His ministers, legislators and spokespersons later reiterated to the media that the SIT was investigating court monitoring. Odisha DGP Shri Abhay also mentioned in a written press release that SIT court monitoring. It is clear that the highest level of police conspiracy was also hatched to save Arun Sahu and pave the way for the Pari murder investigation. The ruling SIT and high-ranking government officials have also lied on behalf of the Hon'ble High Court. Congress spokespersons have also said that the SIT court is monitoring the situation at various times.

But today, according to RTI data, the ruling party and the state government have combined to mislead the people of the state and discredit the constitutional system such as the legislature, the executive and the judiciary. Bring a notice of violation of rights in the name of BJP legislators for lying in the Assembly and take firm action on the basis of contempt of court for lying in the name of the High Court. Dr Lekhshree Samant Singh has demanded that the Chief Minister expel the ruling party minister Arun Sahu and hand over the burden of investigating the Pari murder.

Sacrifices of BJP leaders Kulmani Baral and Divyasinghe Baral will not be in vain

Cuttack, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who attended the rally, paid homage to the late BJP leaders Kulmani Baral and Dibyasinghe Baral, who have always served the poor in Cuttack and Mahanga areas. On the occasion, Mr. Pradhan called on the Police DG and the administration to protect family members.

Mr Pradhan, who met the families of the late Kulmani Baral and Dibyasinghe Baral and paid tributes to the family, said at the rally that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was celebrating his 75th birthday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi. . But the money is being given to the victims because of the unrest of those in power here. So get the prime minister’s housing worth the money.

In Odisha, the BJP party will continue to fight until it believes in the constitution and the system and fights decisively against injustice, oppression and policies and does justice to the poor, Mr. Pradhan said. The Mahanga region, once known for its ancestral work, is now known for political violence. The murders of Deeprikant Sahu in 2014 and the development of Vikas Jena in 2016 are linked to the killings.

Mr Pradhan questioned why the accused had been acquitted in the case. He asserted that his confession had been obtained through torture. So there is no place for arrogance in a democracy. The ruling party leader spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak to the media. So it is clear that there is a conspiracy in this case.

Arun Bothra should be sacked by the state government immediately

Bhubaneswar, SIT chief Arun Bothra delayed the investigation to protect Minister Arun Sahu in the much-hyped fairy murder case in the state. The impartiality of the investigation was generally questioned. Today, Saroj Sethi was summoned by the Hon'ble Pokso Court as a minor.

Arun Bothra has been proven a liar after a court hearing. BJP state president Shri Sameer Mohanty has demanded that the state government immediately remove Arun Bothra from the post of SIT as Arun Bothra, the head of the SIT, has cheated the judicial process and given false information.

The script that Arun Bothra wrote from the first day to obstruct the investigation was proved by the Hon’ble Court today. Mr Mohanty demanded that the state government provide an investigation to the CBI to rescue 5,503 children missing in the last two years, including Pari.

On this occasion, the State General Secretary Dr. Lekhshree Samant Singh, state spokesperson Thakur Ranjit Das and Mahila Morcha state president Smriti Patnaik were prominently present.

Bhubaneswar, violence has no place in politics. As a result of antisocial leadership, political unrest is on the rise across the state. Opposition groups called for a boycott of the assembly in protest of the ruling Biju Janata Party (BJP). It's very disgusting. "It's a huge threat to democracy," said Babu Singh, the district president.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) senior leader and former bloc president Kulmani Baral and his aide Dibyasinghe Baral were stabbed to death in Cuttack district's Mahangath district on February 2 at the direct instigation of senior state cabinet minister Shri Pratap Jena. Said Singh.

BJP delegation met the Chief Secretary as the investigation into the Pari murder case was delayed

Bhubaneswar, Nayagarh district, Jadupur village is under investigation. Lasting until July, has been killed, police ୨୦୨୦ରେ test fairy mother, father, hiring investigation as ଦେଇଚାଲିଛି treated. SIT chief Arun Bothra, who is probing the killings, has ordered a government investigation into the killings. Police or the SIT, on the other hand, have not included Babuli Nayak, the main accused in the Pari murder, according to the family of the deceased.

As the main accused in the killings is being protected by ruling party minister Arun Sahu, under pressure from the ruling party, the SIT has put forward a fabricated rumor before the people of the state without an investigation. The SIT investigation can never do justice to the fairy. A delegation led by BJP's Mahila Morcha president Mrs. Suti Patnaik handed over a memorandum to the chief minister to direct a CBI probe into the fair to bring fairness to the fair.

The SIT had issued a statement calling for a two-week resolution on the killings, and within 15 days, Saroj Sethi, a minor, was arrested on charges of murder and mischief. The question is, how did the Odisha police and search dogs reach the fairy's body and the killer in such a short time? Similarly, the audio tape of local MLA and ruling party minister Arun Sahu threatening Jadupur sarpanch Soumya Ranjan Pradhan went viral on mainstream media and social media.

The audio showed evidence that Minister Arun Sahu was influencing the Pari murder investigation. In another viral audio tape, SIT chief Arun Bothra said he was afraid of the state government. If Bothra is intimidating the state government, it is clear that the government has ordered an investigation into the killings. In such a scenario, an impartial investigation is not possible as Minister Arun Sahu abused his position.

The SIT chief was also afraid of the government, so he did not investigate. "Fairy tales can only be found if the CBI investigates," she said. The delegation was attended by former minister Surma Padi and state deputy leader Prabhati Parida.

Union Minister Demands CBI Probe Into Odisha Minor Girl’s Rape, Murder

Nayagarh: Speaking for the first time about the Pari rape and murder case in Odisha’s Nayagarh, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today demanded a CBI probe into the matter.

Pradhan said truth will come out if the Odisha government hands over the five-year-old girl’s rape and murder case to the Central probe agency. “As Pari’s parents are unhappy with the SIT’s findings and have been demanding a CBI probe, their demands can be considered,” he added.

Like the Uttar Pradesh government which handed over the Hatharas gang rape and murder case to the CBI, the Odisha government should follow the footsteps and come forward recommending for a probe by the central agency for an impartial probe, Pradhan stated.

Worth mentioning, the minor girl’s parents have been demanding a CBI probe into her rape and murder in Jadupur village in Nayagarh district. Even though the SIT of Odisha Crime Branch arrested one Saroj Sethy as prime accused in the case, the girl’s parents and political parties have been demanding a CBI investigation.

Odisha BJP organized a padyatra from Bhubaneswar to Jadupur village demanding over the issue few days back.
