Central Utkal Conference celebrates Foundation Day and wreath-laying ceremony held at statues

Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of the 119th founding day of the Utkal Conference on Wednesday, its Central Committee held a wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of the Baraputras in Bhubaneswar from 9.30 am to 01 pm. Wreaths were laid at the temples of Utkal Gaurab Madhusudan Das, Pandit Gopbandhu Das, Sriramchandra Bhanjdeo, Krishnachandra Gajapati Narayan Dev and Sar Basudev Sujal Dev.

This was followed by the Central President Shri Basant Kumar Tripathi and the General Secretary Dr. A memorial service was held in Nuagaon under the chairmanship of Radhanath Prahraj to discuss the formation of the Utkal Sammilani and its role in the formation of the state of Odisha in linguistics.
