New Delhi / Bhubaneswar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Under Harshavardhan's leadership, India have won the Kovid-19 match. The Bhubaneswar Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) has been instrumental in promoting research on the development and eradication of indigenous vaccines, especially in the fight against kovid-19 epidemics, said Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Mr Pradhan also called on ILS to contribute to the lives and livelihoods of the people of Odisha.
Addressing a video conference on the occasion of the 32nd founding day of the Bhubaneswar Institute of Life Science on Thursday, Union Minister Shri Pradhan said that high-quality and multi-disciplinary research is being carried out for the overall development and improvement of human health, agriculture and the environment. Similarly, ILS is not only working to strengthen Make in India, but also to develop scientific know-how in Nabarangpur, a northeastern and aspiring district of Odisha.
The dedicated attitude and efforts of ILS Bhubaneswar will benefit the society by fulfilling the aspirations of the people. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's blue economy has long been a priority for Odisha's long beaches. Therefore, the Union Minister for Science and Technology, Dr. K.S. "I urge Harshavardhan to resign," he said.
With the establishment of the center in Bhubaneswar, it will open the door to the growth of the state's maritime-based sustainable economy. However, after the request, the Union Minister Dr. Harshavardhan took the issue into consideration and promised to provide the necessary assistance to set up the Center of Excellence on Marine Bio-Technology at ILS Bhubaneswar.
