The Prime Minister will inaugurate the 347 km Lam Dhobi-Durgapur Natural Gas Pipeline. As a result, gas will be piped for the first time in West Bengal. The Dhobi-Durgapur gas pipeline is an ambitious project of the Prime Minister's Urja Gangi project. The pipeline was built by GAIL at a cost of Rs 2433 crore. The pipeline will rehabilitate Jharkhand's Horl Sindri Fertilizer Plant and supply gas to major industrial, commercial and automotive sectors, including the plant, including the plant.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of the second catalytic discussing unit of Indian Oil's Yellow Refinery. The refinery will produce a Group 3 Lab Oil Base (LOBS) with an annual production capacity of 270 million metric tonnes at a cost of Rs 1,20 lakh crore. This will be the first time such oil has been produced in India. In addition, the 4-lane RB-cum-fly over is scheduled to be inaugurated at Ranichhak in Haldia, National Highway 41.

During his three-day visit to West Bengal, Mr. Pradhan will hold talks with oil marketing companies on the progress of various oil and gas projects in West Bengal tomorrow, including the visit of the IOCL refinery in Haldia and the Prime Minister's visit to Haldia. In addition, on the third day, Mr. Pradhan will attend a review meeting with officials of the Oil and Gas Company in Haldia, and will attend the Oil, Gas and Road Department's project program to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister for the country.
