The soul of the Oriya nation is Sri Sri Jagannath. Lingaraj has a similarity with the Nitikanti of the Mahaprabhu. There are also six appointments. For this, Lingaraj Mahaprabhu is "Hari Har". The NMA by-law has been withdrawn from the Shree Gannath Temple. But the by-law was not withdrawn from the Lord Sri Lingaraj Temple, the Ananta Basudev Temple and the Brahmeshwar Temple. That is why today, a Congress delegation led by Mrs. Rashmi Mohapatra, a Congress legislative candidate from the Ekamra Assembly constituency, addressed a memorandum addressed to His Excellency the Governor at the Raj Bhavan demanding the revocation of the by-law. His Excellency the Governor is requested to take legal action in this regard.
