Handing over a memorandum signed by the Congress demanding the revocation of the by-law to the Governor

Bhubaneswar, Ekamra Area Every temple in Bhubaneswar has a unique craftsmanship and heritage. Sri Sri Lingaraj Mahaprabhu is the deity of the capital. The soul of the Oriya nation is Sri Sri Jagannath. Lingaraj has a similarity with the Nitikanti of the Mahaprabhu. There are also six appointments. For this, Lingaraj Mahaprabhu is "Hari Har". Both the BJD and the BJP are making a difference between Jagannath in Shrikshetra and Lingaraj Mahaprabhu in Ekam.

The NMA by-law has been withdrawn from the Shree Gannath Temple. But the by-law was not withdrawn from the Lord Sri Lingaraj Temple, the Ananta Basudev Temple and the Brahmeshwar Temple. That is why today, a Congress delegation led by Mrs. Rashmi Mohapatra, a Congress legislative candidate from the Ekamra Assembly constituency, addressed a memorandum addressed to His Excellency the Governor at the Raj Bhavan demanding the revocation of the by-law. His Excellency the Governor is requested to take legal action in this regard.

The delegation included Bhubaneswar district Congress president Biswajit Das, Congress leaders Kapil Panda, Manoranjan Batu, Shriya Mohanty, Jayakrishna Subuddhi, Subrata Mohapatra, Prakash Mohanty, Bishnu Prasad Muduli, Kshirod Behera, Nab Behera and Kailash Sahu, among others.

What action has been taken against political assassination? We publish the paper through a police

Bhubaneswar: Kulmani Baral, a senior Bharatiya Janata Party activist and former chairman of the Mahanga block of Cuttack district, and her associate Dibyasinghe Baral have been killed at the instigation of Bhubaneswar law minister Pratap Jena. The killings were carried out in the name of 14 people, including Law Minister Pratap Jena. But far from arresting the law minister under pressure from the ruling party, the police do not include him in the investigation. Former Mahanga Bloc president Kulmani Baral and his accomplice Divyasinghe Baral have been thoroughly investigated in connection with the killings and the death of Praful Bishwal, the main culprit in the murder, has been investigated. Wrote a letter to the DGP requesting.

Mr. Mohanty also asked the DGP how long BJP leaders in the state would be the victims of political assassinations. Mr Mohanty said BJP leader Kulmani Baral and his accomplice Divyasinghe Baral were killed on their way home on a motorcycle in January this year. The mysterious death of Praful Bishwal, the main accused in the case, has raised 12 suspects. The family of the deceased has repeatedly complained as to why the police are not arresting him while Minister Pratap Jena is in Etala.

Kulmani Baral, a former president of the Mahanga block and a BJP leader, has been vocal in his opposition to the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme. The assassination attempt was made to silence Kulmani Baral as the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme was coming under the auspices of local MLA and Minister Pratap Jena. The role of the police is in doubt as to whether Praful Bishwal, the main culprit in the murder, was not arrested. Minister Pratap Jena kept Praful Bishwal underground after the Mahanga massacre. Tangi police tracked down his mobile phone and found out that Praful was in the world, but could not find him. Mr Mohanty, on the other hand, questioned how his bike, mobile and helmet were safe when Praful Bishwal sustained serious injuries in the car accident.

Praful Bishwal has been assassinated. Before his death, Praful Bishwal called his son and said he would die in an accident. Praful Bishwal, the main accused in the Mahanga double murder, had called Kulmani Baral's son Ramakant Baral before his death and asked him to look after his family, but Ramakant informed the police that no action had been taken. The DGP has promised to investigate the case of the Mahanga double murder case on January 8, but the DGP has promised to investigate it within 10 days. To protect law and order and the worst of Odisha କର୍ତବ୍àŸ ignite cash on crime, but the crime rate Briefing growing urbanization. "Many criminals have not been arrested due to slackness in the investigation and those who are being held by the police are being easily released on bail," he said.

The bill brought by the state government to privatize the mandis will be strongly opposed

Bhubaneswar: The agitation across the country has not stopped for 83 days demanding the repeal of the Agriculture Act enacted by the central government. Odisha Pradesh Kisan Congress president Amiya Kumar Patnaik has strongly opposed the government's anti-farmer policies, saying the decision to do so was like "lime" to farmers.

While the state's mandis are not yet strong, the government is again trying to weaken them. It is clear from the state government that the BJP government is supporting the three agricultural bills in the Lok Sabha and sending the religion to the sugarcane selection committee in the Rajya Sabha. Just as the Punjab and Kerala governments have proposed in their legislatures to repeal the Agriculture Act and adopt a legal guarantee system in the MSP for the greater good of the farmers, the Odisha government will never do so in the interest of the farmers. "If the government does not stop, there will be strong protests by the Kisan Congress across the state," he said.

Roadblocks in western Odisha against the state government's policy of killing farmers

Bhubaneswar, The provision of infrastructure in the paddy market, the provision of floors, drinking water, sail, measuring weights, electricity etc. in the mandis, the paddy cane provided by the central government, the rope, the labor cost, the transport cost to the farmers, the token system. That is to set a target through the district DLPC, close the target quota of 13 quintals from the designated non-irrigated land and 19 quintals from the irrigated land to buy all the paddy produced by the farmers, pick up the paddy lying in the mandi, cut the paddy fields, etc. Thousands of farmers and BJP activists in five constituencies in western Odisha, namely Balangir, Bargarh, Kalahandi, Sundergarh, Sambalpur and 37 constituencies, peacefully blocked the three-hour road in 90 places today.

Millions of farmers in Odisha are sitting on the highway holding paddy. The paddy lying in the mandi has been destroyed in the Adynia rains and some of the paddy is set to sprout. Despite this, the state government has not bought their paddy. No government official or ruling party leader has come to see the problem. The departmental minister, on the other hand, has not made any statement on the matter. Government officials are threatening farmers to harvest rice. "It simply came to our notice then. BJP state general secretary Ravi Naik has warned that if the government does not pick up the farmers' paddy immediately, the ruling party will lose ground in the next assembly.

The central government pays for infrastructure, drinking water, rice paddies, ropes and round-trip expenses, while crores of rupees are owed to various RMCs, faxes and lamps. The state government is harvesting up to 10 kg of paddy in the cotton field at FQ. Farmers are being denied the minimum support price announced by the central government. Millions of farmers in Odisha have been left out of the farmers' honor fund due to non-cooperation by the state government. Under the Krishak Samman Nidhi Yojana, the state government has disbursed the list of 4 million farmers in the first installment, but now it has dropped to 10 lakh.

Bhubaneswar,
Safety of Utkal Mata is a big question mark today, the state Congress president

The Andhra Pradesh government today held its special police force and high-ranking officials in the Kotia area due to the state government’s inaction and tactless policies to provide security to its own areas of Odisha while the Kotia dispute has been going on for a long time. Provincial Congress president Niranjan Patnaik expressed outrage. The 2006 Supreme Court ruling ruled that the Supreme Court's ruling should only be enforced, but that both states could resolve the dispute through a meeting, either in a meeting or in accordance with Article 3 of the Indian Constitution.

Why has the Bharatiya Janata Party government been unable to protect the Odisha border, whether by consensus or by a two-state agreement, during the 21-year-old incumbent Chief Minister today? It is clear from this that the leaders of both the parties are worthy children of Utkal Mata? The election process, which has been going on for more than two months, has not received any word from the state government. Why didn't state ministers and so-called babus take over the area and take legal action? Why didn't the state government deploy police forces and officials there to stop the election?

So what is true of what Naveen Babu always says all over Odisha is what his family says. In 2013-14, crude oil prices ranged from $ 107 to $ 130 per barrel, while petrol and diesel ranged from Rs 72 to Rs 67 per barrel. But today, for three long years, the price of crude oil in the domestic market has dropped sharply, with petrol and diesel prices hitting Rs 89.37 and Rs 87 today. Cooking gas was available at Rs 414 during the Deputy Government and today at Rs 750. He said it was his dream to wipe away the tears of housewives, but since 2014, every housewife has been shedding tears.

Both the central government and the state government are collecting more than Rs 53 crore in taxes. Both governments are opposed to the poor, the peasants, the lower middle class and the middle class. "As the election draws to a close, it is important for the people to be able to get their money's worth out of the polls." Crude oil reached its lowest level during the corona, now at $ 55 per barrel. Petrol and diesel can usually be supplied for between Rs 34 and Rs 40. The central government continues to impose unreasonable taxes on petrol and diesel in order to meet its fiscal deficit. "It simply came to our notice then.

Violence against women, political violence, and missing children are on the rise in the state. But the state government is sleepy. In the Mahanga constituency, five heads of state have been turned upside down today. Yet this sleepy Vishnu Chief Minister has no worries. In each case, they have seized it, despite obstacles we can scarcely imagine. " Farmers' movements have been on the rise all over India for the past year, while farmers in the state have been ridiculed and paid only Rs 2,000. In fact, if the state government wanted to benefit the farmers and all sections of the people involved in the agricultural sector, why did it pay Rs 2,000 instead of Rs 5,000?

"Even today, the farmers are angry that they have not been able to get their money back. The farmers are angry that the next election has been given black money." The government, which has not been able to maintain an agricultural industry and cold storage for 21 years, is worried about the economic development of farmers. Naveen Babu is not questioning why the state's major political parties are protesting against the agriculture law in the Modi government and in parliament.

In fact, the newcomer doesn't care. The state Congress has called for a statewide shutdown from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, the 15th. So the support of the people of the state is solitary. "The rescue squad wasn't called for him," she told the Associated Press. During the shutdown, hospitals, doctors, nurses, paramedics, firefighters, ambulances, milk trucks, groomers and heavenly chariots were ordered to stop.

Youth Congress protests demanding repeal of National Reconstruction Act from Ekamra area

Bhubaneswar, today, led by Bhubaneswar District Youth Congress president Shri Ranjit Patra, staged a protest demanding the repeal of the National Land Reclamation Act from Ekamra area. A huge rally from the Congress building to the MasterCatin Square took place, blocking the road and protesting. The coffins of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Culture Minister Prahlad Singh Patel, who implemented the Prakaran Bail, were cremated there. In this regard, Mr. Patra said that the National Appropriation Bill was withdrawn from the Puri Shrimandir. But for the Ekamra region, the government has a patriarchal attitude.

This is a huge blow for the Ekamra region. All these temples of Sri Lingaraj Temple, Anant Basudev Temple, Brahmeshwar Temple should be exempted from bail cuts. Restoration, repair and development work and beautification should be done around it. If this by-law is enforced, developmental work here will be hampered. Both the state and central governments are mourning and mourning the loss of Ekam. Modi-Naveen is one in all policy decisions. But it is not surprising that the Lingaraj area is not the same. The Lingaraj constituency is being sacrificed in the BJD-BJP clash. Many construction projects will be blocked if the by-law is implemented. The development work around the Lingaraj temple will also be stopped.

The future of any road construction, bhajan mandapa, plaza will go into the dark. Union Minister Prahlad Singh Patel revoked the bill, calling the temple a living heritage. In the same way, these temples are a living heritage. This is not a monument. Therefore, the mass protests will begin if the Lingaraj temple, Brahmeshwar temple, Anantavasudev temple, etc. are not withdrawn immediately from the MNA letter. "The BJP's Union Minister will be strongly opposed on Odisha soil," he said.

The function was attended by Jatani MLA Suresh Kumar Rautaray, Provincial Youth Congress Vice President Rajeev Patnaik, Provincial Youth Congress spokesperson Ajay Kumar Sahu, Manoranjan Das, Biswajit Das, Manoj Mohapatra, Sankuna Kaher, Gopan Martha, Badal Mohanty, Bishwaranjan Das, Suraj Raut, Gautam Das, Babu Jena, Loknath Das, Pratyush Mohanty, Subrata Mohapatra, Samson Das, Abinash Nand, Manas Acharya, Lingaraj Sahu, Jayakrishna Subuddhi, Devi Prasad Bahalia, Manoj Sahu were the prominent participants.

State government wants to intimidate the Oriya people by exposing fake demons

Bhubaneswar, A government system set up by the National Heritage Act. The ASI is also working under this provision. The Archaeological Site of Puri-Konark Lingaraj is an ancient archeological site under the Heritage Preservation Act. The National Heritage Authority has drafted a draft by-law to protect some of Odisha's ancient monuments and make them public. We also have objections to its implementation process. Mahaprabhu Sreejagnath and Shri Lingaraj are the living Thakurs. Before doing anything about this, Shankaracharya, Gajapati Maharaj, Sevayat, temple administration, etc. should have been discussed.

But without that, the state government is trying to confuse the people of the state, ”said BJP state general secretary Dr. Lekhshree Samantasingh complained. The central government is sensitive to the law. After the issue came to light, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan spoke to the Union Minister of Culture and requested it from the first day for reconsideration. Later, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Pratap Sadangi, a delegation from the Odisha BJP and Puri services met Union Culture and Tourism Minister Prahlad Singh. The issue's end has the recaptured Puri in the spotlight. The state government has a report on the excavations of the Intak Lingaraj temple. See a copy of it - read once Intact's recommendations and opinions. The founding member of Intac is Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik himself. Why is the state government so quick? Samantasingha asked.

The identity of the ancient Kirtiraja Odisha. The Lingaraj temple was founded 100 years ago when the Puri temple was built. The Shuk-Shari temple is located in the old Bhubaneswar a hundred years ago at the Lingaraj temple. The protection of all these monuments is essential. But why does the state government want to create fear in the minds of the Oriya people by exposing fake demons? In the name of beautifying the Puri temple, the old monuments like Languli Math, Emar Math, Badchhata Math, Raghunandan Library have been destroyed. Such work in the name of beautification is not an acceptable name, there are different views in society. How can we agree to come to visit Lord Shree Gannath and pay homage to Guru Nanak or to destroy the monastery where Shri Chaitanya lived? What is the protection of this heritage by hastening the old building and laying tiles on the road, lighting and planting artificial trees? Samantasingha asked.
