Bhubaneswar: The Congress has approached the state Human Rights Commission over its attack on the state Congress committee president on his way to attend a party function in Kendujhar on the 19th.

The Hon’ble Human Rights Commission expressed concern over the incident and disliked the police’s approach. If such an attack is made on the president of a national party in the state, it is clear how safe the lives of the people are. The delegation called on the Human Rights Commission to provide necessary advice to the police DG to pay special attention to the security of the PCC president.
