However, BJP state general secretary Dr Lekhshree Samant Singh has alleged that senior leaders, ministers and MPs of the state government and the ruling party at various times called it a "court monitored" SIT at various times. In a press release on December 18, 2020, the Director General of Police of Odisha lied to the people of the state that the Pari murder case was "court monitored". It is a serious crime for the DGP to lie to the people of the state in the name of the Hon'ble High Court. We are confident that the DGP police will take action against him on the basis of contempt of court for lying to the Hon'ble High Court.
The ruling SIT and high-ranking government officials have also lied on behalf of the Hon'ble High Court. To hide the truth, the Chief Minister should make it clear that the state government and the ruling party have put all its agents and lied to the people of the state. Congress spokespersons who have set up the BJD's net have also repeatedly said yes to the BJD's allegations, calling the SIT investigation "court monitored." The ruling party and the state government have misled the people of the state and discredited the constitutional system, such as the legislature, the executive and the judiciary.
Bring a notice of violation of the rights of BJP legislators for lying in the Assembly and take firm action against individuals who lied on the basis of contempt of court for lying in the name of the High Court.
