Bhubaneswar, The Kisan Delhi Chalo Yatra, which kicked off from January 15 to January 21, has been widely welcomed. Farmers' leaders in Chandikhola and Bhadrak have been welcomed by local organizations in Khandagpur after local leaders paid homage to them. Hundreds of farmers marched for two kilometers after hundreds of people from the Nimanpur area welcomed the farmers.
Similarly, when the Kisan Delhi Chalo Yatra arrived in Jharkhand’s Baharaguda and Ghatshila, the local intellectual farmers ’leadership and youth there gave them a grand welcome. Arriving in Jamshedpur, a public meeting was organized by various political parties, people's organizations and revolutionary organizations in Jharkhand. The farmers marched to Ranchi after Akshay Kumar, national president of the farmers' organization, was felicitated at the rally.
Addressing a public meeting in Tata Nagar, Akshay Kumar said the struggle would continue until the black law was repealed. The meeting was attended by the state coordinator of the organization, Sheshdev Nand, Himanshu Tiwari, Jharkhand leader Gaurav Krantikari, Umakant Bharat, Manar Alli, among others.
