Miller and the state government’s Arua Usuna is a farmer in politics: Lekhshree

Bhubaneswar, The state government is working in the interest of the millers. The state government is advocating for millers for Usuna rice. Millers benefit from the production of Usuna rice. The millers in Odisha want rice to be emptied because they have Ushuna rice. Usuna rice yields 5 to 6 percent more rice per quintal of rice than Arua. Usuna rice husks contain 8 to 8 percent more oil than rice bran
The oil is being prepared. This is beneficial for millers.

Usura rice is preferred by millers due to the rapid disintegration of Arua rice. The mills that are making the usuna are benefiting from all this. The FCI, on the other hand, said in a letter from December that the millers were ready to buy all the rice if the millers bought Arua rice. Despite receiving the letter, the state government did not immediately return a call seeking comment. The state government has decided whether the millers will use Usuna rice or Arua rice.

Farmers do not understand rice, Arua Usuna. Both millers and the state government are asking for Usuna rice as millers are benefiting more from the production of Usuna rice. BJP state general secretary Dr. K.S. Lekhshree Samantasingh complained. The state government has started crying crocodiles to confuse farmers in Odisha. "If the central government does not use rice, it will be a burden on the farmers," he said. But in reality, the state government is more concerned with Miller than with farmers. The state government is supposed to pick up the paddy from the farmers and give the paddy to the millers to make it usuna or arua.

The rice will be handed over to the FCI by the state government or stored for its own food security scheme. The central government, in its letter, said that more and more Arua rice should be bought with 50 per cent Ushuna rice. Both the FCI and the state government have enough Usuna rice. The FCI said it would be wasted if more rice was collected. In other states, Arua rice is eaten by people. The state government should instruct the millers to make Arua rice and the Center is ready to buy as much Arua rice as possible, the FCI letter said.

But Dr Samant Singh alleged that BJP legislators were misleading the people of the state by hiding the matter in the Presidency. Millions of farmers in Odisha are sitting on the highway holding paddy. Despite this, the state government has not bought their paddy. The central government pays crores of rupees to various RMCs, faxes, lamps while providing adequate funds for infrastructure, drinking water, rice husks, ropes and round-trip expenses in the paddy mandis. Why is this money not being spent? He demanded that the government make it clear to the people of Odisha.
