Bhubaneswar, On the full moon day of Guru Puja and on the jubilee of former President Dr. Radhakrishnan, we pay homage to the Guru. But Pranam, a 21-year-old member of the Swami Dayananda Service Mission, an affiliate of the Arya Samaj, said it was a unique tradition, adding that Niranjan Patnaik, president of the PCC, was the chief guest. Distinguished guest Dr. Bimalendu Mohanty, former Chancellor, said that while it was the Guru’s priority to give proper guidance to the disciples or students, in the current system, he questioned what to expect from the Disciple Guru when education was commercialized.

Professor Rajat Kumar said that Sadguru always teaches through video, he prepares disciples or students for the welfare of the society, he is proud of disciples like Guru Swami Vivekananda like Ramakrishna. Swami Shiva Chidananda Maharaj, a monk of the Divya Jeevan Sanghar, Swami Jagannathananda Maharaj and Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, the founder of the corporation from Kalpata, said that only the experienced can express the guidance of the gurus for the welfare of the society. Swami Sivananda Maharaj and Thakur Nigamananda dedicated their lives to the welfare of the nation.

The chief guest unveiled the second edition of Dr. Gyanendra's 'Arya Samaj and Swami Dayananda' written by Dr. Gyanendra.
