Chandikhola, Utkal University Chancellor Prof. Sabita Acharya today visited Utkal's rural campus in Chandikhola. Senior MLA and senior BJD leader Shri Amar Prasad Shatapathi attended the visit. The visit was planned to review the status of Utkal University's rural campus infrastructure. After inspecting the RTP under construction in the Sia Panchayat, Prof. Sabita Acharya said, "Utkal University is committed to developing the area through strategic curricula."
We are trying to facilitate hostels for the students here as soon as possible He added that the effort to bring the university to the countryside was a collective effort and that everyone involved was committed to speeding up the process and speeding up the university’s rural campus with the help of legislators and the people of Sia village.
Praising the cooperation of the residents of Sia village, MLA Shri Shatapathi said that the construction of the university rural campus is underway and will be completed within the stipulated time. Once operational, the campus will help with educational development as well as economic development in the region. All the other members, including the Chancellor and the MLA, visited the Panchayat office and met former Panchayat Samiti member Narayan Senapati, Darpan Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Minati Jena, Zilla Parishad member Binodini Sahu, GPLF president and various self-help party members.
The visit was accompanied by Chancellor Prof. Sabita Acharya, Chancellor Shri Abhay Kumar Nayak, Finance Controller Shri Surendra Sahu, Rural Campus OSD Prof. Yajneshwar Dandapat, Chief Professor of the Department of Archeology Sanjay Acharya, Chief Business Officer and Chief Minister The program was also attended by rural program managers.
